ever since visiting salvation taco in new york i have been obsessed with eating a version of their cauliflower tacos.
roasted cauliflower, cumin yoghurt, cilantro and tomatillos (i roast the tomatillos briefly and whiz in the blender with cilantro, onion, lime and s&p) on warmed corn tortillas.

I made them the other day with onions browned with a pinch of cinnamon. OMG.
