New shirts and dresses

So excited to finally be able to share with you a special project we have been working on for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. In conjunction with their exhibition "Ancient Egypt Transformed: The Middle Kingdom" we've designed a suite of Egyptology prints, cards, and other good things only found at The Met or through their online shop. If you're in New York be sure to check out this amazing exhibit!
You can see more in their online shop, and of course in person. Having seen most of the pieces that are featured in this exhibition, I can confidently say this is an inspiring and powerful show not to be missed!
Did you know we did a calendar? And it's a good one. It's big, big enough to actually write down what's going on in your very busy life, like the dentist on Thursday, and my birthday, so you don't forget.
Order yours here, and don't forget to use the code BRINGONTHESNOW for 20% off, but only until December 5th!

number one priority around here the last few days has been valentines, and the 49 cards that need to be made for the kids' classmates.
of course we were using our amazing valentine's tattoos (snake hearts!), but in the spirit of the day they needed a special kind of packaging. we cut hearts from some appropriately festive paper (24 tattoo sized hearts fit perfectly in one sheet of gift wrap), and made envelopes* fastened with a fluoro sticker from the dollar store.
whether you have a sweet heart or not, have a beautiful valentine's day!
The Gulf Coast includes the shorelines of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, as well as Mexico and Cuba. This diverse and facinating region includes moon jellyfish, pancake batfish (a bottom dweller who uses his strong pelvic fins to literally walk across the ocean floor), tube worms, sea pikes (six feet long and teeth facing backwards to better hold and grab), and hammerhead sharks.
We printed in a most beautiful brilliant orange, that I am still striving to capture with my camera! (just ask, I am happy to send along the pantone number).
There's also a single spotted eagle ray print, images to follow...
Have a great weekend!
